REVENEZ 1 showcases your glowing testimonials from your patients in a beautiful interface. Reviews can be categorized, and with our drag and drop feature, you can change the display order of individual reviews.

REVENEZ 1 was built to be a flexible content platform to improve your consults' experience. For Platinum subscribers, we can integrate your videos into your REVENEZ 1. Some clients have chosen to record pre-op and post-op instructions. Some have created a video greeting for their 'Meet the Team' module. We work to meet your needs. How do I use this in my practice?

REVENEZ 1 is flexible. Some clients begin shaping their consults' experience from the moment they walk in. REVENEZ 1 can be used exclusively in the consultation with tools like Before/After Gallery and Sketch Tool. It can help reduce a patient's perceived wait time while they learn about your team, the services you offer, and what your patients have said about your services.

How many iPads can I run it on?

One license allows you to use the app on as many devices as you like.

What about protecting settings and limiting use to just the application?

While there is no software solution for locking the iPad in a particular application, or disabling the home button, you can physically restrict access to the iPad. Cases or kiosks are an effective solution. We have found that the simplest solution is a product called a "BubCap" from www.papercliprobot.com/bubcap-pro. These inexpensive stickers prevent thumb access, but allow for pinhole access so your practice staff can reset the devices quickly and easily.

What iPad should I buy?

The base model (16GB, Wi-Fi only) is all you need; REVENEZ 1 is a web-based app, and does not store information beyond simple caching.

What are the technical requirements?

Your practice will need a Wi-Fi system capable of supporting XXX/mbps. REVENEZ 1 only caches information on the iPad, so you do not need anything more than the base iPad model (16GB, Wi-Fi only). A standard internet-enabled computer should be sufficient for using the dashboard.

Are updates free?

Yes.

Can I give the URL out to patients?

We are always listening to your suggestions and constructive feedback. This is a feature that we are currently considering.

What's a 'web-based' app?

A web-based app is functionally equivalent to an app from the app store, but instead of being stored locally on one iPad, REVENEZ 1 floats on the 'cloud' and can be accessed by as many iPads as your practice requires.

Does it run on my computer?

REVENEZ 1 is optimized to run on an iPad. We are always listening to your suggestions and constructive feedback. This is a feature that we are currently developing.

What's included with Platinum? Gold? Silver?

A REVENEZ 1 subscription includes the Custom Welcome Message, Meet the Dr. & Team, Services Menu, Reviews, the BRAGbook™ B/A Gallery, enVISION™: the Anatomy Library & Sketch Tool, and The Educator™ videos and a Video Gallery for your pre-op instructions, a welcome message, commercials or whatever else you feel will help improve the consult experience. A subscriber's REVENEZ 1 will be custom designed to reflect the look and feel of the subscriber's practice, and we will research and write your Meet the Team biographies.

What accessories should I buy?

REVENEZ 1 does not require you purchase any additional iPad accessories. If you wish to enhance your consults' and patients' experiences, you could offer headphones, a cover with an integrated handle or ergonomic grip and an anti-glare screen film for easier viewing. To help control access to the iPad, we recommend a BubCap, a rigid cover for the home button that limits access to a paperclip: www.papercliprobot.com/bubcap-pro. For loss-management security, a kiosk solution will limit access to the iPad's button and allow you to physically mount the iPad to a desk or otherwise tether it.

What about theft?

Beyond proper care and caution, there are several third-party loss-management solutions available, from physical tethering to location-tracking software.
